The following are terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

 

  • Shipment processing times: Please note that all orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

  • Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping can take anywhere from 5 - 10 business days based on location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipment methods: www.thesavorybites.com uses USPS  to ship all fill orders.  

  • Rush Shipping: is available for our products for an additional up charge.

  • Savory Bites ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

ORDER PICKUP

​

  • Local orders  are available for pickup at the South Bay Pavilion (Carson Mall) located at 20700 S. Avalon Blvd, Carson, CA 90746, you will be notified via phone or email. 

  • Pickup Hours: A text message will be sent to arrange a pick up date /time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

www.thesavorybites.com does not ship outside the U.S.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

Our crackers are made to order. Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges simply because you are dissatisfied with our product. Should you receive an incorrect order (i.e. wrong flavor, size or special packaging, etc), please contact us and we will make every effort to correct the issue. Please call (657) 233-0630 to report the issue. No accommodations will be made for orders reported after 24 hours from delivery
